The North Somerset Hard of Hearing Social group meets on the 1st Monday of each month, 2:00pm to 4:00pm at the Conservative Club, 24-26 Alexandra Parade, Weston-super-Mare BS23 10X. The topic is the Middle East and the Suez crisis. The meetings are a mixture of speakers, chat and useful information. Hearing aid batteries available. Cost £4 to include refreshments.
A group for physically disabled people aged between 16-60.
Our club will start again on the 9/1/25. 10:30am – 1:30pm. We meet every Thursday at the scout hut in Windwhistle Road. Behind the cricket club on Devonshire Road. We would welcome some new faces. We use WDC community buses for transport, if you need picking up.
Milton Baptist Church has been searching for a new minister since March 2023. This time has been both a time of trial for the church family and a time of blessing, as we have united to discern God’s leading. This season of change will culminate on Saturday 1st February at 2:00pm, when we will Ordain and Induct our new pastor, Rev Dr Louise Luft. The service will be led by Rev Lindsay Caplen (Regional Minister, Webnet) and will be followed by a cream tea. Please join us to celebrate.
