Weston u3a – Two interesting afternoon talks for you coming up.
A musical afternoon for you on Friday 12th January at our usual venue on the Boulevard. Tom Lewis will present Our Harmonious Garden. Always a popular event.
On Friday 9th February we have a visit from our local MP John Penrose. Telling us about A Day in Parliament.
Both meetings will be in the usual hall in the Boulevard at 2:15pm.

We have talks, quizzes, topical conversations, day trips, we all have a common denominator that is we cared for someone.

Women of Weston Womens Institute (WoW WI) meets on the third Tuesday of each month at 7:30pm. We meet in the community centre in Haywards Village , next to the primary school, BS24 8ES. Plenty of parking available.
We welcome women of all ages, and every month have a speaker, activity or craft. In addition we have refreshments, a raffle and sometimes a quiz!
The Society holds its meetings at the ‘Ebdon Arms’, Lilac Way, Wick St. Lawrence, Weston-super-Mare, BS22 9WE, from 7:30pm on the 2nd Tuesday of each month.
The Society also holds an all day ‘model-in’ at The Helicopter Museum one Sunday each month, which is proving increasingly popular. All modellers are welcome to either meeting, regardless of age, experience or area of model-making interest.
