Follow On is a respite group for Carers who have cared for someone who has been touched by a terminal illness.

We have talks, quizzes, topical conversations, day trips, we all have a common denominator that is we cared for someone.

The kettle is always on, we meet twice a month on Friday mornings at The Coach House, Locking. We will be resuming on Friday 12th January 10:00am to 12 noon.

Women of Weston Womens Institute (WoW WI) meets on the third Tuesday of each month at 7:30pm. We meet in the community centre in Haywards Village , next to the primary school,  BS24 8ES. Plenty of parking available.
We welcome women of all ages, and every  month have a speaker, activity or craft. In addition we have refreshments, a raffle and sometimes a quiz!

The Society holds its meetings at the ‘Ebdon Arms’, Lilac Way, Wick St. Lawrence, Weston-super-Mare, BS22 9WE, from 7:30pm on the 2nd Tuesday of each month.
The Society also holds an all day ‘model-in’ at The Helicopter Museum one Sunday each month, which is proving increasingly popular. All modellers are welcome to either meeting, regardless of age, experience or area of model-making interest.

Beloved: an opportunity for women to connect in Weston.
A lovely bunch of women gather most Thursdays (with the exception of school holidays).
The event includes: welcome and introduction, a ‘thought for the day’, a light lunch (voluntary contributions welcome), craft (optional), nail care, etc.
We meet at St Paul’s Church, Walliscote Road, Weston-super-Mare BS23 1EF. Doors to church building, (adjacent to carpark) open at 12:30pm Thursdays (except first Thursday of the month when in church hall). We meet until 2:30pm.

We are a friendly new German-speaking group who meet once a month (2nd Thursday of the month at 7:00pm) at the Stable Games Room in WSM. 
This is not a lesson – we welcome people of all abilities to come and chat auf Deutsch. Jeder ist willkommen!
