Healthy Lifestyles Advisors are here to support you with getting active, eating well, losing weight and stopping smoking. Available to anyone aged 18 and over who lives in Weston-super-Mare and the surrounding villages. Our friendly team will work together with you for 12 weeks to find ways you can reach your healthy lifestyles goals. It can be face to face at the Town Hall, over the phone or via video call.

Weston Walking Group. Still Walking after 50 years. The group started weekly walks in 1974 and although the membership has changed, the walks are as interesting and enjoyable as ever. We are Weston Woodturning Circle and we meet at the Football Club in Winterstoke Road BS22 9AA every Third Thursday from 7:00pm until 9:30pm. At the July meeting we are lucky to have a demonstration by Colwin Way who is an internationally renounced Woodturner. We welcome all who are interested in woodturning and can promise you a very warm welcome.

An active club for the more physically challenged people, 16-65 years.
We meet every Thursday at the Scout Hut, off Windwhistle Lane. Behind Devonshire Road, Cricket Club.
In July we have the Ukele players, a picnic in Clarence Park & a trip to Taunton, maybe the shops or Bowling.
Please come along & try us we are a friendly group. We use WDC community buses for transport if you need it.

We are a friendly group of German speakers who meet up once a month. We usually meet on the 2nd Thursday of the month at the Stable Games room at 7:00pm (this date could change though, so please check our Facebook Group “German speaking group (Stammtisch) in Weston”).

It’s not a lesson as such, but all levels are welcome – we chat about all kinds of things in German.
