The Tuesday coffee mornings at Milton Methodist Church continue on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of each month. Everyone is welcome to call in for coffee or tea, homemade cake(s), and a chat with friends old or new.

Weston Horticultural Society is actively seeking new members. Designed to promote gardening and allotment growing. The Society holds its meetings in St Peter’s Church Hall, Baytree Road, Weston super Mare BS22 8HG on the second Thursday of each month. A warm welcome is given to all new comers, either beginners or expert growers. If you are interested come along to one of our meetings.

Local charity, Age UK Somerset, is expanding its service, launching more Tai Chi QiGong classes for older people in the Weston area.
The outdoor session in Grove Park is back on Wednesdays at 12:00pm, weather allowing. And now you can also join this popular mindful movement class in Corpus Christi Parish Hall, 14 Ellenborough Park South, BS23 1XW on Thursdays at 11:00am. £6 per session.
The classes are fun and can improve your balance, strength and flexibility.

Ladies – a daytime singing group with no pressure! Come and socialise over a cuppa with new friends, and then make lovely harmonies together. You can perform if you want to, or just come each week for the joy of singing combined with laughter. A real pick-me-up. You don’t have to memorise songs. There’s no audition and no uniform.
Thursdays 1:15pm – 2:45pm at Our Lady of Lourdes Parish Hall, Baytree Road.

We are a group of people who are living with Fibromyalgia and other chronic pain conditions who meet regularly to support each other. We meet on Monday afternoons for Tai Chi and Crafts, plus for coffee in Nuffield (Weston) on Thursday mornings. Meetings are a mix of speakers, chat and information. We have a weekly hydrotherapy group and organize trips and meals out plus interest groups as required.

The North Somerset Model Society holds its meetings at the ‘Ebdon Arms’, Lilac Way, Wick St. Lawrence, Weston-super-Mare, BS22 9WE, from 7:30pm on the 2nd Tuesday of each month. The Society also holds an all day ‘model-in’ at The Helicopter Museum one Sunday each month. All modellers are welcome to either meeting, regardless of age.

Our next meetings are on June 5th & 19th, July 3rd & 31st. 2:15pm for a 2:30pm start with tea/coffee provided during the interval. We have presentations given by professional speakers and our own members. We meet at Milton Methodist Church, 2 Milton Hill, Weston-Super-Mare BS22 9RA. (The hall is behind the church).

The North Somerset Hard of Hearing group meets generally on the 1st Monday of each month 2:00pm – 4:00pm at Vision North Somerset, Neva Road, Weston-super-Mare BS231YD.

An all ages group for the hearing impaired of North Somerset. Come along to socialise, get advice, share experiences with others, swop tips and strategies. We have presentations on a variety of topics not just hearing related.

Cost £4 per person to include tea, coffee cake and biscuits.

First Tuesday in the month, 10:30am – 12:00pm

Our group include retired members from the health and care sector, but now open to all and we have welcomed several new members recently.

We are Weston Quilters a lively group of people of all abilities who enjoy patchwork and quilting. We usually meet on the first Monday of each month at the Hundred Academy, Beaufighter Road, Weston super Mare BS24 8EE. Doors open at 7:00pm for a 7:30pm start. There are guest speakers during the year and the opportunity to buy from our invited traders. Guest entrance £5.
